Attorney Don D. Carter is a former Assistant District Attorney and former Air Force Prosecutor. As an experienced trial attorney, he has tried numerous jury trials including First Degree Murder, Drug Cases, and all types of assault and larceny cases.

He graduated from Canarsie High School in Brooklyn, New York, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy, and received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. Attorney Carter is a member of the Bar in both North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
